As both a support group and a community, Daily Warriors envisions a future that advocates for people with mental illness to become better versions of themselves and be productive members of society.

Daily Warriors strives to be a safe space for Filipinos with mental health conditions for connection, support, and conversations that promote healing, growth, and the achievement of personal and professional goals.

In Daily Warriors, purpose can be best described as each individual’s journey toward inner peace, self-fulfillment, and positive well-being.

We strive to ensure that each member of the community feels supported and encouraged to be the best version of themselves as they navigate their road to healing and recovery.

This community is committed to practicing empathy—the ability to understand another’s inner world by putting ourselves in the other’s shoes and demonstrating that we hear and understand one another.

To be authentic means to express our individual truths—including our thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences—with complete honesty and congruence. Daily Warriors aims to practice a kind of self-understanding that allows us to be attuned to our strengths, shortcomings, hopes, and principles while staying true to them at the same time.

Human connection is an integral part of this community. Engaging with others who need support, as well as sharing similar experiences or illuminating insights with other members, is important to fulfill each individual’s need for affiliation and belongingness.

The Daily Warriors support group hopes to ignite the hearts of its members and fuel them to take action and be in charge of their mental health journey.
